When you purchase NoFreezz, our payment processor Payhip collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your email address so we can deliver your download and provide support.

If you submit your email via the Mac waitlist form on our website, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of notifying you when a Mac version becomes available.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time on site and approximate location. This data does not identify you personally.

How we use your data

We use your email address to deliver your purchase, send your download link, and respond to support requests. We do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically opted in via the Mac waitlist.
