By purchasing or using NoFreezz you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The product

NoFreezz is a Windows desktop application that displays text word by word in a floating window. It is designed for personal use during online interviews. The floating windows used during interviews are designed to be undetectable by standard screen sharing software including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.

Licence

When you purchase NoFreezz you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, copy or reverse-engineer the software.

No refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. Before purchasing, you can try the interactive demo on our website to ensure the product meets your needs. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning, contact us at support@nofreezz.com and we will work to resolve it.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read this no-refund policy and agree to its terms, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which permits exclusion of the right to cancel for digital content once download has begun.

Disclaimer of warranties

NoFreezz is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that the software will be compatible with every version of Zoom, Teams, Meet or any other application, as these platforms update independently. We recommend testing the software before your interview. We are not responsible for any outcome of interviews conducted using this software.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, NoFreezz and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for ensuring your use of NoFreezz complies with any rules, policies or terms set by your employer, educational institution or any platform you use it with. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the software.

Updates

We may release updates to the software from time to time. Where possible these will be provided free of charge to existing customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
